We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with a deck coating and surface preparation project.

| Employment Type: Temp Full Time (2 Months) | Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm |
We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with a deck coating and surface preparation project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sand and scrape failing areas of the existing deck coating to prepare the surface.
- Assist with patching and repairs using quick-setting concrete.
- Help apply new deck coating.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Perform other related project duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience with sanding, surface preparation, and painting preferred.
- Comfortable working with quick-setting concrete.
- Able to perform physical work for a full shift.
- Comfortable working outdoors.
- Reliable and able to maintain good attendance.
- Must be able to follow safety instructions and work as part of a team.
