Summary: The Maintenance Technician will have experience working with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical machine repairs and be responsible for the daily functioning of assigned areas: both plant and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned.

• Responsible for the daily functioning of assigned areas: both plant and equipment.

• Efficiently diagnosis, repairs, and document equipment problems.
• Provide routine update and progress reports to the organization.
• Selection of proper repair materials and spare parts.
• Provide suggestions for machine and process improvements.
• Implementation of new tooling methods.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance assignments and update the company data base with current activities.

Requirements:

• Must be flexible in working hours.

. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in maintenance of automated machines.

• Allen-Bradley PLC's, Fanuc robots, Cognex Vision Systems, Keyence Vision Systems, and Siemens S7 PLC's experience is a plus.
• Candidate must be able to work autonomously, have problem solving and troubleshooting skills along with good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour

Experience:

• machine repair: 1 year (Preferred)

• Electrical troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Automation Maintenance: 2 years (Required)
• Allen-Bradley PLC's, Fanuc robots, Cognex Vision Systems: 1 year (Preferred)
