Maintenance Tech

Plastics Manufacturer in Broken Arrow is seeking a Maintenance Technician.

Will be primarily doing maintenance on injection molding machines. The ideal candidate needs to have experience, especially working with Hydraulic and Electrical Schematics, with an emphasis on troubleshooting problems before they occur. This position’s pay is negotiable but potentially starts at $20+ depending on level of experience.

Hours M-F 8am-4pm, with on call responsibilities every other week

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform preventative maintenance procedures according to manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Perform repairs in a safe manner in accordance with all safety procedures.
• Diagnose faulty production and auxiliary equipment using electrical schematics, hydraulic schematics and assembly drawings.
• Order parts for all repairs using vendors that supply the best product and service.
• Identify safety hazards and take appropriate measures to correct
• Assists in other areas when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Must be dependable with good attendance.
2. Knowledgeable in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical power and control circuits.
3. Knowledge of plumbing practices.
4. Must be able to used welder, cutting torch, and various power tools.
5. Must be available to assist the plant as an on call employee.
