Maintenance Supervisor
In this role, you will oversee maintenance operations, support a team of technicians, and ensure that our residents receive timely, high-quality service.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support onsite maintenance staff in completing daily work orders and property upkeep
- Handle and coordinate repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Oversee make-ready units and ensure apartments are turned efficiently and to company standards
- Manage vendor relationships, obtain bids, and oversee contractor work as needed
- Ensure work orders are completed within established timelines and properly documented in the system
- Conduct routine inspections of units, common areas, and property grounds
- Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Respond to and manage after-hours emergency maintenance requests
- Support cleanliness and readiness of leasing offices, models, and shared community spaces
- Ensure compliance with company policies and property standards
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of apartment or multifamily maintenance experience
- HVAC certification required
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general building systems
- Previous supervisory or lead maintenance experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Valid driver’s license required
- Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (and up to 100 lbs with assistance when needed)
