In this role, you will oversee maintenance operations, support a team of technicians, and ensure that our residents receive timely, high-quality service.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support onsite maintenance staff in completing daily work orders and property upkeep
  • Handle and coordinate repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance
  • Oversee make-ready units and ensure apartments are turned efficiently and to company standards
  • Manage vendor relationships, obtain bids, and oversee contractor work as needed
  • Ensure work orders are completed within established timelines and properly documented in the system
  • Conduct routine inspections of units, common areas, and property grounds
  • Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Respond to and manage after-hours emergency maintenance requests
  • Support cleanliness and readiness of leasing offices, models, and shared community spaces
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and property standards

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of apartment or multifamily maintenance experience
  • HVAC certification required
  • Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general building systems
  • Previous supervisory or lead maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (and up to 100 lbs with assistance when needed)
