We are seeking several experienced Maintenance Supervisors to lead maintenance operations across multifamily communities in the Philadelphia area. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing maintenance teams, vendors, and property upkeep.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day maintenance operations
  • Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians
  • Oversee work orders, preventative maintenance, and unit turns
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Coordinate with property management and vendors

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
  • EPA certification preferred
