Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor / Service Manager with well-rounded technical expertise across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to prioritize effectively, delivers exceptional customer service, and builds strong working relationships with vendors and contractors.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate the maintenance team to drive high performance and ensure tenant satisfaction.

Oversee preventive maintenance programs, service request workflows, and regular property inspections; promptly identify, report, and resolve deficiencies.

Manage vendor relationships and supervise large-scale improvements and capital projects.

Support the Property Manager by providing maintenance data and updates for community budget preparation.

Ensure ongoing compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Participate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation as required.
Qualifications

Proven experience as an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor or Service Manager.

Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related trades.

Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage within budgetary parameters and evaluate both short- and long-term capital needs.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software such as RealPage or Yardi.

Outstanding communication and customer service skills; leads by example.

Pool maintenance experience or certification is a plus.
