We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across our properties. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills, attention to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Service vacant, future, and occupied units and complete maintenance tickets and work orders

  • Perform day-to-day, emergency, and preventive maintenance

  • Estimate time and materials for repairs; order and pick up supplies as needed

  • Troubleshoot and repair building systems (plumbing, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, HVAC)

  • Maintain lighting systems (clean fixtures, replace bulbs)

  • Perform turnover punch-out lists

  • Complete carpentry and locksmith tasks as needed

  • Light groundskeeping, exterior clean-up, trash removal, and snow removal as needed

  • Respond promptly to emergency situations

  • Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records

  • Comply with all safety regulations, codes, and company directives

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Maintain required basic tools
