Requirements
- The Maintenance Supervise will lead and coordinate daily activities of mechanical maintenance personnel
- Plan, schedule, and prioritize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work. Includes vibration monitoring/analysis, seal replacements, overhauls, and specialty equipment repairs.
- Ensure all maintenance work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts for equipment failures and process disruptions.
- Support plant reliability initiatives, including equipment inspections, condition monitoring, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) practices.
- Coordinate with operations to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Manage work orders using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement as needed.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance team members to improve performance and skills.
- Support capital projects, shutdowns, and turnarounds as required.
- Enforce housekeeping standards and maintain an organized work environment.
Requirements
- The Maintenance Supervisor will have an AS or BS degree with an engineering major.
- 7+ years of maintenance experience in a chemical, petrochemical, or LNG manufacturing environment. 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of rotating and fixed equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines.).
- Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo).
- Understanding of reliability and maintenance best practices (PM, PdM, RCM).
- Knowledge of safety standards such as OSHA PSM and LOTO procedures.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
