Maintenance Supervisors Responsibilities

• Lead teams of Maintenance Mechanics & Electricians in predictive & preventative maintenance and machine repair
• Ensures maintenance is scheduled in a timely manner
• Work closely with Production to schedule and accomplish equipment and facility repairs
• Train employees on proper work methods and safety procedures

Maintenance Supervisors Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of maintenance or process/project engineering experience
• Thorough knowledge of maintenance systems, work order processes, preventative/predictive maintenance, TPM, inventor and scheduling
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Able to problem solve and troubleshoot

Maintenance Mechanics duties and responsibilities

• Welds Machine Components
• Installs Replacement Belts
• Performs Repairs to Machines
• Rebuilds Vales, Pumps, and Gearboxes

Qualifications for Maintenance Mechanics

• High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years' experience in the maintenance field
• Ability to Weld Stainless Steel and other related metals
• Prior experience reading schematics and hydraulic drawings
• Knowledge of electrical circuits and troubleshooting
