MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST
**Sign-On Bonus: $1,500-$2,000 - Commensurate with experience

SUMMARY

As Maintenance Specialist, you are primarily responsible for repairing and maintaining various equipment as well as coordinating with outside vendors for maintenance on equipment such as CNC press brakes, lasers, compressors, saws, welders, shear, wire machine, deburr machine, etc.

SALARY

$30-$35/hr - commensurate with experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

Repair and maintain various equipment/coordinate with outside vendors for maintenance on equipment such as CNC press brakes, lasers, compressors, saws, welders, shear, wire machine, deburr machine, etc.
Plan, schedule, and conduct preventive maintenance on machinery/equipment
Order parts required for maintenance of machinery/equipment
Be available to perform scheduled maintenance outside of scheduled production time
Be available to work overtime during the week/on weekend/during shutdown as needed for emergency repairs, completing improvement projects, etc.
Facility maintenance as assigned
Ensure compliance with safe work practices and safety regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of maintenance and repair on manufacturing equipment and machinery
1+ year of maintenance and repair of CNC Press Brake machines
Experience with electrical including 110/120/230/480 volt
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical problems
Experience repairing/maintaining various other equipment such as lasers, waterjet cutter, compressors, saws, welders, shear, wire machine, deburr machine, a plus
Bilingual Spanish skills a plus
Highschool Degree or GED
