We’re partnering with a stable operation with a full book of business, a staple plating line, and continued investment in technology. This is a backfill role that’s been expanded beyond a clerical focus—today it’s about building a stronger maintenance planning and reliability rhythm.
If you’re analytical, organized, and grounded in preventative maintenance—and you enjoy reducing downtime by improving the system, not just reacting—this role will feel like a strong next step.
What You’ll Do

Build and maintain preventative maintenance schedules; coordinate corrective work to reduce downtime.

Create and manage work orders, track completion, and keep priorities moving.

Review downtime trends and adjust PMs to prevent repeat issues.

Support spare parts, vendors/contractors, and basic cost tracking.

Conduct routine inspections and ensure maintenance work aligns with safety and procedures.

Communicate updates and needs between the maintenance team and leadership.

Identify improvement opportunities through upgrades, overhauls, or new technology.
Who You Are

Maintenance-minded with a reliability/continuous improvement approach.

Analytical—able to look at downtime and identify what could have prevented it.

Clear communicator who can stay organized when business needs change.

Comfortable being hands-on and practical, while thinking ahead.
Preferred Experience & Attributes

Preventative maintenance background (planning/scheduling experience is key).

Solid understanding of mechanical/electrical systems (hydraulic/pneumatic knowledge is a plus).

Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Plating experience is a plus.
