JOB SUMMARY

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for the effective execution of all maintenance work control processes and the efficient and effective use of planning and scheduling all resources to conduct maintenance activities which result in a minimum downtime and maximum productivity. Planner will manage work priority, develop job plans, define parts and material, define crafts and skills and engage the proper resources to develop a safe, effective and efficient work control plan. In addition, providing the equipment-related expertise and technical guidance on improving preventive maintenance activities.

SALARY

$22-$25/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Devises plans and programs for routine preventative maintenance
• Accurately defines and estimates required work requests and maintains a consistent tracking system for work orders
• Develops inspection and survey procedures to ensure an effective preventative maintenance system
• Works closely with technicians, engineers, operations, and managers to establish a schedule of proactive maintenance activities during appropriate downtime

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of plant maintenance planning or scheduling
• Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Must have experience with CMMS software
• High school diploma / GED
