What you'll do:
Follow, promote, and enforce all safety rules and practices
Plans, organize and delegate work assignments to accommodate department schedules and to best utilize man-hours and equipment
Suggest and initiate plans to decrease equipment downtime
Analyze and resolve work problems or assists workers in solving problems
Prepare technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures
Perform equipment failure analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance)
Effectively coach team members, provide performance feedback and development opportunities within areas of responsibility
Complete administrative paperwork including various items for safety, HR, payroll, attendance.etc.
Interpret and enforce Trinity policies to department employees
Other duties as required by management


What you'll need:
Bachelor degree, comparable technical degree or a minimum of five years' experience in an industrial maintenance role
Minimum of five years' managerial experience in industrial environment
Knowledge of Lean/TMP business practices preferred
Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs while leading others through transitions
Extensive knowledge of industrial electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical Systems
Ability to read and understand technical documents, drawings and blueprints
Ability to maintain a professional work environment
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Strong computer skills required
Ability to organize, prioritize and pay attention to detail
Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines
Regular and predictable attendance
