About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with an established manufacturer in the plastics space with a long history, strong tenure, and a growing operation in Charlotte. This Maintenance Manager role is a key hire tied to a long-tenured exit, creating an opportunity for someone to step into a visible leadership position and make an immediate impact. This is a strong fit for a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys being close to the floor, leading teams, solving equipment issues, and improving structure in a busy 24/7 manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead maintenance operations across a 24/7 facility with 16 large tonnage presses and direct oversight of 13 maintenance technicians. Drive uptime, oversee preventive maintenance and CMMS activity, lead troubleshooting, and support mold changes. You’ll also work closely with plant leadership and technical partners to improve maintenance structure, strengthen reliability, and keep the operation running efficiently.

- Bachelor’s degree is not specified; equivalent experience is valued.
- Injection molding experience required.
- Leadership experience in maintenance required.
- Experience with large-tonnage presses required.
- Strong background in preventive maintenance, CMMS, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Able to lead in a fast-paced, high-visibility manufacturing environment.
