Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm
Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Compensation:
$110,000-$140,000/annually

About the Company:
Our client sources and processes recycled ferrous and non-ferrous metals across North America in order to ensure they do not end up in a landfill or go to waste.
They are expanding at a rapid rate and are seeking to add a Maintenance Manager to their dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop the maintenance team in alignment with companies values
- Oversee hiring, performance management, development planning and succession
- Develop and execute proactive preventive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment reliability and uptime
- Lead onboarding and integration of complex new machinery in collaboration with the engineering department
- Oversee maintenance of equipment, facilities, infrastructure and vehicle fleets
- Coordinate internal and external maintenance resources, contractors and service providers
- Establish departmental goals, KPIs and performance metrics
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated safely and in compliance with legislation and company policies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability and service quality
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology or a related technical field is considered an asset
- Must possess at least 5- 7 years of previous experience in a maintenance supervisory or management position
- Strong technical knowledge of maintenance operations and preventive maintenance systems
- Proven leadership, communication and team development skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Operations and Engineering departments
