Their facility is a high-volume, non-union plant with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. This Maintenance Manager role is a top priority and offers the chance to step into a highly visible position with immediate impact. The team needs a leader who can strengthen maintenance execution, develop technicians, and help drive a safer, more reliable operation. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys being hands-on, leading from the floor, and solving problems the right way.

- Manage parts inventory, quoting, and purchase orders.
- Use internal systems to track maintenance activity and reporting.
- Work with corporate technical resources when needed.
Who You Are
You’re a direct, hands-on leader who likes being on the plant floor and staying close to the work. You know how to hold people accountable while also coaching and developing a growing team. The right person will help create more stability, stronger execution, and long-term improvement across the operation. It’s an opportunity to join a team that values accountability, practical leadership, and making an impact where it matters most.
