The Position

The Maintenance Manager will partner with the Plant Manager and Corporate Engineering team to oversee a group of 40 reports. The Maintenance Manager will have 5 direct reports and 35 indirect reports and will be responsible for all Maintenance and Project Engineering within the facility. This organization is looking for someone with a proven track record of running maintenance departments along with strong communication and people development skills.

 

Candidate Qualifications

The candidate must have a BS in Engineering, plus the ability to lead and develop future leaders. Additional qualifications include:

• Prior experience managing a Maintenance Team
• Ability to manage a budget
• Background in Health and Safety
• Preventative Maintenance and Troubleshooting background along with maintaining inventory systems
• Knowledge of Maintenance, Quality and Planning
• Ability to make data-based decisions using the Lean/Six Sigma Methodology
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Passion and sense of urgency
• Strong leadership skills
• Prior experience working within manufacturing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
• Able to work within the United States

 

Compensation

Salary: 120K - $145K

Bonus: $25K - $30K

Total Compensation: $145K - $175K
