The Position
The Maintenance Manager will partner with the Plant Manager
and Corporate Engineering team to oversee a group of 40 reports. The
Maintenance Manager will have 5 direct reports and 35 indirect reports and will
be responsible for all Maintenance and Project Engineering within the facility.
This organization is looking for someone with a proven track record of running
maintenance departments along with strong communication and people development
skills.
Candidate
Qualifications
The candidate must have a BS in Engineering, plus the
ability to lead and develop future leaders. Additional qualifications include:
- Prior
experience managing a Maintenance Team
- Ability
to manage a budget
- Background
in Health and Safety
- Preventative
Maintenance and Troubleshooting background along with maintaining
inventory systems
- Knowledge
of Maintenance, Quality and Planning
- Ability
to make data-based decisions using the Lean/Six Sigma Methodology
- High
level of integrity and professionalism
- Passion
and sense of urgency
- Strong
leadership skills
- Prior
experience working within manufacturing
- Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
- Able
to work within the United States
Compensation
Salary: 120K - $145K
Bonus: $25K - $30K
Total Compensation:
$145K - $175K
Our client offers a competitive base compensation $120K - $145K
plus a very aggressive bonus opportunity. In addition, the client offers an
