Maintenance Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The Maintenance Manager will lead and supervise a team of Maintenance personnel directing planning and scheduling, execution of routine and break down jobs, improve worker productivity, manage spare parts inventory, technical guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Plan and Schedule maintenance activities to ensure efficiency of resources and minimize production disruptions while maximizing equipment uptime.
- Develop and implement maintenance best practices; identify opportunities for efficiency and reliability gains.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, technology and supply chain to streamline operations, resolve issues, drive operational excellence and promote safety while reducing costs.
Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of equipment reliability and the workforce.
- Relocation provided. $150K-$160K.
- The Maintenance & Reliability Manager will have a BSME and 10 years + of experience in maintenance within petrochemical and chemicals plants including managerial experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of maintenance professionals.
- A successful candidate must have high level of “hands-on” experience with equipment and be proficient at solving complex equipment problems.
- In-depth knowledge of the best practices and methodologies in maintenance in addition to modern techniques that ensure high reliability, efficiency, and safety.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software systems and tools.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
