We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization recognized for operational excellence and strong regional impact. This business is differentiated by reliability, advanced production capabilities, and a disciplined commitment to continuous improvement—earning its reputation as a top-performing employer in modern manufacturing.

This role exists at a moment of continued investment and elevated expectations around maintenance reliability and preventative maintenance maturity. The organization is strengthening its maintenance function to support current production demands while building long-term operational resilience.

  • Confident navigating change, ambiguity, and the pace of a manufacturing environment

  • Motivated by developing people and strengthening systems—not just fixing today’s problems

You’re the type of leader who runs toward complexity, brings structure to challenges, and builds momentum through trust and capability.

Preferred Experience & Attributes
