We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to oversee all service and maintenance operations in our corrugated packaging facility based in the Philadelphia Metro area. This role is pivotal to maintaining high production efficiency and quality, as the facility operates without redundancies, making equipment uptime critical. Ideal candidates will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to ensure safety and optimize plant performance. Salary: Dependent on Experience per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short- and long-term maintenance strategies aligned with company values to enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain Maintenance Department safety goals and safety plans to ensure a secure work environment.
- Design an effective Plant Maintenance Program incorporating industry best practices to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
- Supervise and evaluate maintenance work to ensure implementation of the most effective, efficient technology and superior maintenance practices.
- Enforce safety standards and adherence to all relevant safety, health, and environmental policies, procedures, and regulations across the maintenance team.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance department KPIs to assess efficiency and identify opportunities for performance enhancement.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- 2-year technical degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 10 years of supervisory maintenance experience within a manufacturing facility, specifically in corrugated packaging.
- Proven leadership skills with a record of fostering team accountability to uphold the highest safety and work standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and root cause analysis capabilities with a focus on implementing preventative measures.
- Experience in budget management and financial planning within a plant operations context.

- Extensive experience in a 24/7 plant operations environment.
- Proven track record as a strategic thinker with the confidence to make impactful decisions on safety, uptime, and productivity.
- Strong skills in coaching and developing talent to foster a productive, safety-conscious team.
