Job Description

Overview: As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and guiding all reliability and maintenance activities, utilities operation, and inspecting capital projects.

Education and Experience:
  • 5+ years’ maintenance management involvement.
  • Food manufacturing experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree favored.
  • Qualification to manage teams by successfully driving and coaching others.
  • Examining, planning, and problem solving competence.
  • Working experience with LEAN manufacturing principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The Maintenance Manager is responsible for administering and looking after the Maintenance Department.
  • Advancing and protecting programs to provide employees are properly trained in human safety, product quality and safety, employee relations and professional improvement.
  • Managing the Preventative Maintenance programs and Inventory Controls, and modernizing work orders.
  • Responsibility for the cost justification, arranging specs, ordering and the installation of new equipment.
  • Helping in capital planning, proposals for expansions, budgeting, expenditure monitoring, and cost improvement projects.
