Reporting to the Plant Manager, and working under the leadership of the COO, the successful candidate will spearhead the shift from emergency to planned maintenance, champion the successful implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and enhance equipment reliability—ensuring peak operational efficiency. You’ll have the opportunity to shape maintenance culture, develop technical strategies, and work alongside plant leadership to elevate performance metrics like OEE, uptime, and preventative maintenance effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering; or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of previous experience in manufacturing and/or engineering, preferably within the food or consumer products industry.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in project work and understanding of electronic principles is required.
  • In-depth working knowledge of the plant SAP Maintenance processes.
  • Design through installation of capital projects in a Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, solids handling FDA/USDA processing and/or packaging manufacturing facility.
