Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • The Maintenance & Reliability Manager will lead and supervise a team of Maintenance/Reliability personnel providing technical guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement maintenance and reliability strategies that align with organizational goals and industry best practices; identify opportunities for efficiency and reliability gains.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain to streamline operations, resolve issues, drive operational excellence and promote safety while reducing costs.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of equipment reliability and the workforce.
  • Ensure the availability of plant equipment through preventative, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance techniques.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and lead implementation of corrective actions to address equipment failures and performance issues.
  • Develop and manage the maintenance budget; forecast expenditures, track costs, and identify avenues for cost optimization while enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Relocation provided. $150K-$160K.
Requirements
  • The Maintenance & Reliability Manager will have a BSME or BSEE and 10 + years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering within petrochemical and chemicals plants. PSM experience is a requirement.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of maintenance professionals.
  • High level of “hands-on” experience with equipment and be proficient at solving complex equipment problems.
  • In-depth knowledge of the best practices and methodologies in maintenance in addition to modern techniques that ensure high reliability, efficiency, and safety.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
