Data Engineer - Azure and Fabric Life Sciences

Our clients seeks a Senior hands-on data engineer needed for an active life sciences project in a fast-moving Azure and Microsoft Fabric environment. Supporting an active Fabric migration. 4-month remote contract consulting position.

Must have:

  • 8+ years data engineering
  • Life sciences data experience (required)
  • Microsoft Fabric pipeline support
  • Azure Data Factory
  • Strong Microsoft SQL
  • PySpark in Fabric
  • Databricks Unity Catalog management
  • ADLS Gen2

Nice to have: Azure-to-Fabric migration experience, broader Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, notebooks), medallion architecture, data governance.
