What you will be doing as the Machine Technician:

Oversee the operations of tighthead machinery
Ensures machines are running at their most efficient level and problem solves when issues arise.
Oversee the entire production process, including managing the pack line and its employees
Preventative maintenance
Repairs, when necessary
Manage production lines and their employees
Complete required shift paperwork
Quality Tests
Warehouse Organization
Assist with shipping and receiving

What you will need as the Machine Technician:

Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience – blow mold experience a plus
Problem solving
Forklift certification
Standing and/or walking for entire scheduled shift (8-12 hours)
Moving packed bundles away from staging area
Lifting 30lbs
