Machine Shop Manager needed in Ohio.

We have been retained to identify a Machine Shop Manager for a client who has a facility located in Ohio.

Our client is a global manufacturing company with manufacturing sites throughout the world. They continue to grow and expand their capabilities and processes in order to meet their customers’ needs by providing world class machined metal products

This dynamic company is looking for a leader who has both the technical and leadership skills required to support a manufacturing facility. The Machine Shop Manager will support the following functions: Machinists, Supervisors, Programmers, Process Engineers, Inventory Control, Planning, Scheduling and Safety within their department.

Our client offers a six-figure base compensation plus bonus opportunity. In addition, the client offers a nice benefits package. Salary will range from $130,000 - $140,000 or higher plus targeted bonus opportunity of $5,000 - $10,000 per year.

Total compensation of $135,000 - $150,000
