JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Machine Operator in Lapeer, MI. Our client is a Manufacturing facility. The Machine operator is responsible for operating machine to produce required quality and quantity of parts.

Responsibilities of a Machine Operator includes:

• Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.
• Mount, align, and secure work pieces on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Stop machine to remove finished work pieces.
• Efficiently run production of automotive components.
• Maintain the highest level of quality.
• Maintaining the expected level of housekeeping.

Job Requirements of a Machine Operator:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience using calipers and micrometers a plus
• Excellent attendance including punctuality
• Available to work weekend overtime

REQUIRED Experience and Education:
- High School Graduate or GED
