Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation and high-quality production.
• Set up and adjust machinery as needed, ensuring proper functioning throughout shifts.
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards to meet production goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any defects or problems.
• Assist in machine maintenance and regular cleaning of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of Machine Operator experience (preferred).
• Ability to perform basic math and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to train on 1st shift and move to 3rd shift once trained.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Day Shift training - Night Shift Position
