MSP Mortgage Policy & Procedure SME

This role requires P&P Technical Writing Policy and Procedure SMEs for an MSP Residential Mortgage Servicing System Implementation. The right candidate will utilize their extensive prior knowledge and experience participating in MSP mortgage servicing system implementations and/or conversions to assist the client in all aspects of the project. The role will create new policies and procedures as required or revise and enhance existing policies and procedures. Also, experience is needed in creating letters, working with print vendors, and having knowledge of Online Letter Writer (OLLW) and regulatory guidelines related to letters.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the client in all P&P creation related to implementing an ICE MSP mortgage servicing system, which requires extensive P&P technical writing experience.

• Provide P&P guidance on all MSP functions, modules, and workflows

Qualifications:

• 5+ years prior MSP Mortgage Servicing System Implementation and Conversion Support experience in technical writing and P&P creation, revision, working in an MSP implementation and conversion environment with expert knowledge of the ICE product suite required
• 5+ years of technical writing experience in an MSP mortgage servicing system implementation environment, including testing experience in writing test scripts and UAT, etc., required
• 5+ years of experience creating letters, working with print vendors, knowledge of OLLW, and regulatory guidelines related to letters required

• 5+ years of experience and expert-level knowledge of the Black Knight MSP residential mortgage servicing system, its functions and modules including Default Servicing, Core/Performing Servicing, Cash, all process workflows for collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, claims, REO, loan administration, cash and accounting, tax and escrow, MI, investor reporting required

• 5+ years of residential mortgage servicing experience, a plus
• Strong project management and technical skills
• Highly analytical, able to identify and communicate gaps in the P&P creation and revision processes to ensure all policy and procedures are compliant with regulatory guidelines and processes
• Ability to successfully facilitate meetings and other collaborative discussion forums with all levels of operations and management team members
