MRI Technologist – Panama City, FL

With a consistent Friday–Sunday schedule, excellent imaging equipment, and on-call pay at time-and-a-half, this is a weekend position that offers strong earning potential—plus the opportunity to work with a collaborative and experienced care team.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform MRI procedures using magnetic resonance and X-ray imaging

  • Operate MRI scanner and related systems with safety and precision

  • Process and archive diagnostic images via PACS

  • Ensure patient comfort, education, and safety before and during scans

  • Support both inpatient and emergency imaging needs

  • Collaborate with radiologists and cross-functional teams

What You’ll Need

  • Associate degree or equivalent in Radiologic Technology

  • Florida Radiologic Technologist license

  • ARRT (R) and (MR) — must have both

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

  • Minimum 1 year of MRI experience (3 years preferred)

  • Solid understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and MRI protocols
