MIS Logistics (Cape Town)
Job Description
Surgo has partnered with a global analytics and digital solutions company serving industries including insurance, healthcare, banking and financial services, media, retail, and others. They aim to bridge the gap between digital expectations and real outcomes for International companies with Digital Intelligence. They urgently seek to employ a MIS Facilities & Logistics to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling MRS, Billing for Facilities & Logistics, Compliance, Generate reports for the given location
- Handling invoice and payment tracking for all vendors
- Coordinating with all vendors for no dues certificate
- Preparing cost related MIS for leadership
- Providing accrual/re-accrual to Finance Dept. of given location and on a monthly basis
- Maintaining monthly MIS of Budget vs Actual Expense
- Maintaining of tracker PO/Rate Contract/AMC’s of all applicable sites
- Raising the purchase requisition (MRS) to Procurement for vendor finalization with all approvals
- Tariff revision mechanism and controls
- Manage internal/external audits
- Helping in Dashboard preparation on a monthly basis
- Preparing cost related MIS for all transport expenses
- Sound Knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-Outlook & MS-PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle conflict
- Lead by examples
Qualification:
- Grade 12/Graduation (in any stream) or diploma with a minimum of 12 years of education
Work Experience Requirements
- 1-3 years' experience in the same field
Salary: R13 000 to R17 000 pm depending on experience; Medical Aid, Provident Fund and transport is provided
