What You’ll Do

    1. Lead MEP work (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) on large projects up to $100M
    2. 7-10 years experience
    3. Develop and maintain strong and lasting relationships with owners, designers, trade partners, etc. Supports Preconstruction to ensure an accurate GMP. Supports Project team with schedule updates and change management reviews to meet time and cost objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in construction.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Passion for delivering quality construction projects safely and efficiently.
