Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Columbus, OH client to help them search and qualify candidates for their MEP Estimator position. Primary responsibilities of the job include:

  • Manage MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) estimating process for commercial construction projects
  • Must have experience with projects from $1-10 million in size
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Successfully completing projects on time and on budget

A successful candidate will possess the following:

  • A 4-year degree in Construction or Engineering
  • 5 years of direct experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction
  • Previous experience estimating projects up to $10 million
  • A desire to do things right the first time
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Understanding of shop drawings
  • Ability to maintain schedules and budgets

Salary Range: $90-120K
