This role will be responsible for:

Leading acquisition analyses, including financial structuring and risk evaluation.
Managing due diligence and integration processes post-acquisition.
Supporting senior leadership in presenting business development metrics and strategic insights.
Developing and refining processes to enhance the M&A pipeline and execution.

Expectations will include:

Conducting financial modeling and risk assessments to evaluate investment opportunities.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive partnership success.
Preparing clear and compelling presentations for senior leadership and partners.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve deal outcomes.

A qualified candidate will possess the following:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, private equity, or investment banking.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to excel in a fast-paced M&A team.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related field (preferred).
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation: Compensation will include a base salary and bonus. Targeted all-in compensation will be in the mid $100s with significant future opportunities with success.
