This role will be responsible for:

  • Leading acquisition analyses, including financial structuring and risk evaluation.
  • Managing due diligence and integration processes post-acquisition.
  • Supporting senior leadership in presenting business development metrics and strategic insights.
  • Developing and refining processes to enhance the M&A pipeline and execution.

Expectations will include:

  • Conducting financial modeling and risk assessments to evaluate investment opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive partnership success.
  • Preparing clear and compelling presentations for senior leadership and partners.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve deal outcomes.

A qualified candidate will possess the following:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, private equity, or investment banking.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to excel in a fast-paced M&A team.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related field (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation: Compensation will include a base salary and bonus. Targeted all-in compensation will be in the mid $100s with significant future opportunities with success.
