Logistics Project Manager
Primary:
- Responsible for animating several of the customer facing aspects of the Customer Process Capabilities program.
- interacting with internal stakeholders regarding the customer delivery experience (e.g. Customer Care Center, Warehouse Operations, Customer Satisfaction & Quality, etc), direct customers
- Engaging with the different businesses to understand our customers and their expectations from the supply chain (lead times, capabilities, pain points)
- Translate that feedback into actions to drive improvement in the customer delivery experience by interacting with internal stakeholders (e.g. Customer Care Center, Warehouse Operations, Customer Satisfaction & Quality, Transportation, etc)
- Promoting capabilities to Sales force and customer
- Coordinate our Customer Centricity Program
- Customer Visits, organizing customer visits to our sites, Organizing events with customers
- Quarterly customer feedback process (calling customers and interacting to understand their awareness and confidence in the customer process capabilities)
- Lead the regional customer research process
- Research our competition to understand their capabilities and where the supply chain should focus to bring value in the future
- Interact with the local and global skills networks
- Ensure consistent communication to our front office teams regarding our current capabilities and their adoption.
Secondary: The program manager must be able to support the commercial logistics offer process along with a working knowledge of the customer process capabilities. The individual must be comfortable to train front office teams on the customer process capabilities and promote their adoption.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors in Business related subject
Experience: 5+ years’ experience

- Project management
- Ability to adapt and learn in a face paced environment
- Demonstration of collaboration skills, building effective partnership across teams, working with and influencing others
- Effectively communicate with and engage all levels of the organization verbally and in writing
- Business acumen
