Job Description

Job Location: Honolulu Compensation: $25/hour
Employment Type: Temp to Hire Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain professionalism while communicating effectively during interface with employees, clients, vendors, and customers.

  2. Schedules all projects and assigns the appropriate team member(s) as requested by Operations Manager.

  3. Schedules all service calls and assigns the appropriate team member(s) as requested by the Service Punch Technician.

  4. Schedules all warranty calls and assigns the appropriate team member(s) as requested by the Service Punch Technician.

  5. Schedules any needed outside contractors (i.e. Electrician, plumber, labor) where needed and when stated in the Work Orders / Job files.

  6. Provides oversight / instructions to MillerKnoll & Service West for container shipments via Sail Lists with the assistance of Operations

  7. Manager, Project Coordinators and Account Executives if needed.

  8. Schedules transportation of product from the mainland to Hawaii, and other destinations as needed.

  9. Schedules delivery of products to warehouse, job sites, neighbor islands, and other destinations as needed.

  10. Engages Account Executives and Project Coordinators to ensure schedule, freight, and labor match what was proposed.

  11. Keeps Account Executives and Project Coordinators informed or project movement through weekly PTM’s.

  12. Reviews outside Dealer projects with PC for Operations and Operations Manager to determine if department.

  13. Reviews all timesheets for accuracy and that they are completed by the installation team.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Primary contact for any additional resources needed to complete a project.
  • Assists with outside product storage needs by knowing the options and the vendors that we store with.
  • Assists with maintaining a current “A-Team” chart of installers for special or Prevailing Wage projects.
  • Assists with determining if requests for Time Off are acceptable given scheduling needs and requirements.
  • Assist customers with the sale of pre-owned furniture.
  • Maintains an organized, neat and clean work environment.
  • Other duties as requested
