Locum Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Northeast Florida

Neonatal role in one of Florida’s premier children’s hospitals with a collaborative, experienced neonatal team—where your expertise directly supports the most vulnerable patients.

Why This Assignment

• Assignment Dates: Specific shifts available - March, April and May 2026
• Schedule: 13 hour shifts (7a - 8p / 7p - 8a)
• Setting: Level IV NICU with advanced neonatal care and technology
• Patient Load: Approximately 10 infants per shift
• Team: Work alongside experienced neonatologists and neonatal nurses
• EMR: Epic
• Travel: Full travel and lodging
• Environment: Supportive pediatric hospital system known for excellence in neonatal care

About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) with 2 yeas of NICU experience
• Florida license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Current BLS and NRP certifications
