NICU Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Locum / NICU APP – Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or PA – Locum Tenens

• Assignment Dates: 7/2 and 8/16: 7a-7p and 7p-7a (would prefer one provider for 24 hr coverage but will take one per shift if necessary)
  Shift 7p-7a for these dates: 7/13, 7/18, 7/20, 7/24-7/25, 7/27, 8/3, 8/8, 8/23, 9/2, 9/5, 9/19, 9/22. Possibility for other dates in the future of 4-5 24 hour shifts a month.

About You

• Be able to do the job as described
• Board Certified NP or PA with NICU experience
• NRP or NALS certification required
• Current/active New Hampshire license
• Able to cover at least some of the listed summer/fall dates

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide 24-hour in-house APP coverage for Level II NICU (or 12-hour overnight shifts)
• Care for 3–8 neonates per shift in an 8-bed unit
• Collaborate closely with on-site MD, RT, and nursing staff
• Support family-integrated neonatal care in a European-style private room model
• Respond to emergent needs and stabilize transfers as necessary
• Support Staff: 8 hour MD in house; 16 hours back up call coverage; 24 hr app in house; nursing RT support present
