Location Manager

Our client, one of a handful or world-wide players in Crop Inputs and Grain Handling has an opening in one of their key locations for a Branch Manager. In this role you will provide strategic leadership to a mature team dealing with a growing clientele in one of the main areas of broadacre farming. From managing the location, working with the sales team to maintain and develop current services including crop inputs, digital ag offerings, as well as liaising with their strategically located grain terminals and crushing plants to move your customers product to market.

Your abilities can be varied as our client will train the right person to assume all the facets of the job. Adding new people with varied skillsets makes the team stronger and on-going training is a cornerstone of their corporate focus. Main Responsibilities for this exciting opportunity:

  • Marketing and business development

  • Manage and develop location personnel, inc. sales, facility, admin.

  • Maintain and enforce safety and health policies and ensure personnel are promoting safe work practices

  • Oversee overall operations including operational efficiencies and P&L for the location


  • Degree/Diploma in Agriculture/Business AND/OR a minimum of 5 years relevant experience

  • Demonstrated leadership skills

  • Strong business acumen with a strong focus on customer service
