Location Manager - South Central Kansas

Ag 1 Source is looking for a Location Manager to oversee the operations of a highly successful grain and agronomy operation in South Central Kansas. This operation is part of a highly successful, ag retail organization, where you can manage a facility with 3-4 employees in season.

A successful candidate for this Location Manager position will possess the following:

Grain and agronomy facility and operations background.
A desire to lead a team seeking continuous improvement.
Experience in supervising full-time and part-time employees.

Compensation: This role includes a competitive base salary plus additional bonus opportunities based on location and company performance, ideally in the $70-80K range.
