Responsible for various types of loan transactions received from all lending and lending support staff. Knowledge of all loan products and a good understanding of loan compliance requirements in order to make reasonable decisions. Expected to train and mentor direct reports.


  • Provide Excellent Internal and External Customer Service while maintaining accuracy of the bank’s loan portfolio for all loan types for requests received
  • Handle by communicating to lenders and assistants answers to more complex loan transactional and core system information.
  • Strong knowledge servicing for all Participation, SWAPS and Shared National Credit agreements the bank entered into and ensure they are properly maintained per federal and state laws and to meet required deadlines for reporting.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely processing for all incoming/outgoing wire payment and payoff requests Ensure the proper approval and documentation accuracy before processing/approving outgoing wires for payment and advance requests.
  • Liaison to Internal Auditors, Compliance Officer for audit and compliance requests/issues.
  • Responsible for Interviewing, hiring and training employees timely update all Loan Servicing job aids and procedures
  • Experience in Daily planning, assigning and directing work.
  • Experience in developing, training, leading, inspire and motivating teams.
  • Employee performance management, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Know when to engage direct Manager.
  • Properly and affectively train all Loan Servicing staff for each loan servicing process.
  • Conduct various assessments and audits to ensure department procedures are achieving accurate and desired results in addition to manager’s audits and assessments.
  • Track staff and departmental statics for main functions of responsibility.
  • Timely updates on core post conversion to clean up required data.
  • Other duties as assigned: Back up for other areas as needed within department


  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience and relevant loan servicing/loan operations environment
  • Minimum of 5 years of Banking Experience
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (e.g. create new documents, edit existing files, create tables, sort/filter data, print documents, generate new records, email and calendaring)
  • Detailed knowledge of lending products, including residential, commercial, consumer.
  • Experience in Daily planning, assigning and directing work.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service skills
  • Must have ability to prioritize a variety of task and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Ability to interpret and apply laws and regulations.
