Under direct supervision, incumbent is responsible for a variety of clerical tasks for the servicing and support of existing loan portfolio. Ability to Process payments, perform routine maintenance transactions and prepare and process payoff transactions for various loan types.
Responsible for timely and accurately answering questions and completing incoming customer service requests from internal and external customers
Provide answers to basic noncomplex basic loan information from terms to balance historical payment information.
Communicate with lenders and assistants to answer general consumer loan.
Ensure all incoming requests are handled in a timely and manner and according to the banks procedures.
Timely check the inbox to assign your items and complete per service level agreements.
Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
Process noncomplex loan payment, payoff and maintenance transactions daily
Accurately and timely processing of all incoming payments and payoffs from mail and email requests.
Accurately and timely processing of all online AFT and ACH transactions.
Accurately preparing and timely processing of internal and external payoff requests.
Complete required post conversion maintenance during conversion weekend.
High School Graduate or equivalent education certificate (GED) required.
Minimum of 3 years of working in customer service related position.
Minimum of 1 years Loan Servicing experience in a banking environment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (e.g. create new documents, edit existing files, create tables, sort/filter data, print documents, generate new records, email and calendaring)
Basic problem solving and ability to multi –task in a fast pace environment.
