Loan Processor

There is a currently an urgent need for a Loan Processor with extensive experience in the mortgage loan industry to join a stable organization located near Newport Beach, CA. Job Description:

· Ensure the timely and accurate packaging of all loans originated by our loan officers

· Gather information and take each file from pre-approval to closing.

· Input proper loan information into the system for processing.

· Verify loan documents including income credit appraisal and title insurance ultimately preparing application for submittal to underwriting

· Order and coordinate loan documents.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have CURRENT experience working as a Loan Processor in the mortgage loan industry
• 2+ years of successful experience as a Loan Processor, processing and underwriting mortgages loans using Loan Prospector and Desktop Underwriter systems.
• Experience working with VA and FHA loans.
• Knowledge with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae guidelines
• Come from working in a local mortgage company a PLUS
