Loan Processor

The Loan Processor supports the Relationship Manager with their client’s loan portfolio and with the underwriter adhering to operational, processing, and analytical capacities, through the closing process. The processor should have a strong understanding of policy, underwriting guidelines, and loan origination systems.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Relationship Manager handoff, serve as main POC for RM/Client Relations team and third parties to lending transactions
• Monitors active pipeline to ensure loan workflow is efficient and meeting closing deadlines
• Maintains a high level of quality control for verifying accuracy of financial and loan documents.
• Manges end-to-end loan process with internal/external partners from the time the loan is live through closing.

Required Experience & Skills

• College degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in residential processing is required, commercial and /or construction processing suggested but not required
• Advance computer skills required
• Experience working in Empower preferred
• Additional work experience with an emphasis on customer service preferred
