Additional Key Points:

  1. Origination Fee will be fixed at $1,395 (or 1% on VA). There are no other “lender” fees charged to the consumer on the CD (such as administrative, processing, flood, underwriting, credit, etc.).

The company will match $1.00 for every dollar you contribute up to 3% of your eligible compensation, and then $.50 for every dollar in contributions greater than 3% and up to 5% of your eligible compensation, for a total not to exceed 4% of your eligible compensation. Your 401k benefits will be effective the first calendar day of the month following your start date.
