Salary: $127,500 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload involving complex litigation matters, focusing on products liability and insurance defense.
• Maintain strong, proactive communications with clients, ensuring an understanding of their needs and ongoing satisfaction with the services provided.
• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy formulation.
• Prepare, draft, and file comprehensive motions and pleadings, ensuring thorough attention to legal arguments and factual accuracy.
• Collaboratively work within a team of experienced attorneys, contributing to the group's goals and supporting colleagues in various legal tasks.
• Effectively represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and other legal settings, advocating persuasively to safeguard their interests.
• Participate in and contribute to the firm’s pro bono initiatives, helping to strengthen community ties and ensure access to legal assistance.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited top-tier law school, with excellent academic credentials.
• Current bar admission in Maryland.
• At least 5 years of substantial experience in handling complex litigation cases.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products liability and/or insurance defense.
• Strong ability to manage multiple clients and cases with high degrees of rigor and attention to detail.
