Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the written discovery process with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Assist in the preparation of cases for trial in the area of toxic torts.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support trial strategies.
  • Work collaboratively within a team of experienced attorneys in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to build and foster strong professional relationships.
  • Ensure all legal practices conducted adhere to state and national regulations and ethical standards.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic background.
  • Must be admitted to the Georgia Bar and be in good standing.
  • At least 2 years of substantial litigation experience.
  • Proven track record of proficiency in written discovery processes.
  • Exceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills are essential.
  • Committed to specializing in the toxic tort litigation area.
