Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the written discovery process with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist in the preparation of cases for trial in the area of toxic torts.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support trial strategies.
- Work collaboratively within a team of experienced attorneys in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to build and foster strong professional relationships.
- Ensure all legal practices conducted adhere to state and national regulations and ethical standards.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic background.
- Must be admitted to the Georgia Bar and be in good standing.
- At least 2 years of substantial litigation experience.
- Proven track record of proficiency in written discovery processes.
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills are essential.
- Committed to specializing in the toxic tort litigation area.
