Our litigation law firm client has a need for a Paralegal with three or more years of litigation experience.

Duties:
- Organizing and managing documents and case files
- Performing real estate records research
- Performing legal and factual research
- Preparing correspondence
- Reviewing construction contracts
- Assisting with trial preparation including the assembly of exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders
- Coordinating the collection, review and production of documents and responding to discovery requests
- Assisting with the preparation, filing and service of pleadings
- Assisting with the preparation and filing of affidavits and notices of commencement
Requirements:
- Three or more years of Paralegal experience in a Litigation law firm is a MUST
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Pay close attention to detail
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and assignments
- Legal and records research skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of document management system (Worldox), e-discovery system (Eclipse), and time reporting system (PC Law)
- Ability to file documents electronically with various courts in multiple states
Our client offers a salary of $55k - $65k plus excellent benefits.
