Litigation Paralegal
Job Description
Atlanta - Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their law firm.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation from A to Z (inception to trial to post-judgment enforcement) and must also have experience with commercial leases and lease enforcement.
Additional preferred prior experience includes commercial landlord/tenant law and bankruptcy law.
Candidates must have a stable work history (with references), be extremely organized and able to work independently in a pro-active manner. Strong analytical background and strong math skills will be required for this role. Degree and Paralegal certificate preferred or substantial work experience in the specific practice areas mentioned.
