Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with two to five years of experience to join its Los Angeles office.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience at a regional, national, or highly regarded local law firm. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and oral advocacy skills are required. Judicial clerkship and courtroom experience are considered advantageous.

Qualified applicants should demonstrate the following:

  • Substantial responsibility for drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs in complex legal matters;

  • Proficiency in managing e-discovery and developing factual records;

  • Confidence in addressing complex factual, legal, and logistical issues with strategic foresight;

  • A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to think analytically and strategically about client challenges from both legal and economic perspectives.

Experience in business torts, general business litigation, real estate litigation, and shareholder disputes is preferred.
